Care Journey

Start with your needs

Choose the concern you want help with: sexual health, HIV prevention, hair loss, weight management or longer-term wellbeing. Your identity is part of your life, not a substitute for understanding your health. Read the relevant treatment guide and note the questions you want to discuss.

Prepare for a clinical conversation

A future assessment would ask about symptoms, medical history, allergies, current medicines and supplements. Relevant consent, identity and location checks come before care. Some concerns require a live appointment or an in-person examination rather than a questionnaire alone.

Testing comes before the next decision

When tests are needed, the clinician should explain which samples are required and whether collection can happen at home or at a local laboratory. Not every test works with a mailed kit. A result needs a clear route back to clinical review.

A treatment decision is individual

A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate, whether more information is needed, or whether another service would be a better fit. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. If prescribed, pharmacy arrangements and the next review should be explained.

Stay connected after the first visit

The planned care experience includes understanding results, monitoring requirements, refill eligibility and what to do if symptoms change. Ask who will contact you, how to get help and what happens if a test is missed. See the waitlist for launch updates.
