Clinical Standards

Clinicians make clinical decisions

Diagnosis and prescribing belong to appropriately licensed clinicians. The planned model requires a review of health history, medicines, allergies, contraindications and relevant test results. A product request is not a prescription.

Care must fit the setting

Some needs may suit telehealth; others require an examination, laboratory collection, injection appointment or specialist. An online service should explain its limits and provide an appropriate next step.

Follow-up is part of care

Results review, monitoring, medication questions, refill requirements and adverse-event escalation need named responsibility. A missed test or positive result must not disappear into an automated queue.

Credentials should be verifiable

Medical director and clinician identities, state availability, laboratory and pharmacy arrangements will be published only after confirmation. No clinician photograph on this website should be interpreted as a verified member of the care team.

Clear educational content

Guides should separate education from individualized advice and cite relevant sources. Material clinical content requires qualified review before launch. Research links and an update date do not themselves establish medical review.
