Emergencies
Call 911 for a medical emergency. This website does not provide emergency assessment, an urgent clinical inbox or real-time monitoring.
Possible recent HIV exposure
Seek immediate assessment at an emergency department or urgent care service able to provide HIV PEP. It should start as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours and no later than 72 hours. Do not wait for postal delivery or for OnlyMenHealth enrollment to open.
Symptoms or a positive test
Contact a qualified clinician promptly for assessment and follow-up. A general website inquiry is not a substitute for result interpretation, diagnosis or treatment.
Questions about existing medication
Contact your prescriber or dispensing pharmacist about side effects, interactions, missed doses or refills. OnlyMenHealth cannot manage an existing prescription through this informational website.
When care needs a different setting
Some tests, examinations and treatments require in-person care or a specialist. Ask your healthcare provider for a clear referral and who will follow up after it.
