Inclusive & Gender-Affirming Care
Care should start with your needs, your goals and the information relevant to your health.

Your needs come first
Our approach welcomes questions without assumptions about identity, relationships or anatomy. OnlyMenHealth is built around gay men’s health needs; the wider roadmap explores affirming care for other adults as qualified services become possible.
Relevant questions, asked respectfully
Identity and anatomy questions should have a clear clinical purpose. A care service should explain why information is needed and protect each person’s consent and confidentiality.
Future gender-affirming pathways
The roadmap includes appropriately staffed hormone care, monitoring, informed consent and specialist collaboration. It requires trained clinicians and individualized evaluation. It cannot be implemented by simply adding medicines to a catalog.
Fertility and continuity
A future pathway should allow discussion of fertility goals and preservation referrals when relevant. It should also explain how existing treatment records and follow-up connect when care moves between providers.
Partners and chosen families
Sharing a home or supporting a partner does not create permission to view their records. Each adult needs separate access and consent; shared education should respect those boundaries.
Current availability
Gender-affirming clinical services and referral partnerships have not been launched through OnlyMenHealth. This page describes the intended approach and future roadmap, not an available treatment program.
