Planning without assumptions
Sexual orientation, gender identity and relationship structure do not tell a clinician everything about your goals. The roadmap includes respectful fertility navigation for individuals, partners and chosen families.
Preparing for an assessment
Bring relevant health history, current medicines, prior testing and the questions you want answered. Depending on the situation, a clinician may discuss semen analysis, ovulation assessment, other targeted tests or specialist referral.
Medication and hormone questions
Ask the clinician managing your treatment whether it could affect fertility and whether preservation options should be considered. Fertility medicines require a specific diagnosis, appropriate monitoring and specialist judgment; they are not general wellness products.
A clear specialist handoff
The intended approach is to explain what can be assessed through telehealth and what needs a fertility clinic or another specialist. Referral relationships and follow-up ownership must be confirmed before this becomes a service.
Current availability
Fertility consultations, testing, medication and preservation services are not offered through OnlyMenHealth at this time. This guide describes a future area of development.
